This Reseller Policy governs the relationship between aioworldtravel.com (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the authorized resellers (referred to as “resellers” or “you”) who wish to sell our products and services. By becoming a reseller, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this policy. Please read this policy carefully before applying to become a reseller.

Reseller Application Process

1.1. To become an authorized reseller, you must complete the reseller application form available on our website. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.

1.2. During the application process, you may be required to provide certain information, such as your business name, contact details, and relevant business licenses or permits.

1.3. Once your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions on accessing our reseller program.

Reseller Obligations

2.1. As a reseller, you agree to represent our products and services accurately and in accordance with our brand guidelines. You shall not engage in any false or misleading advertising or promotion.

2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials or access codes provided to you as part of our reseller program. You shall not share or transfer these credentials to any unauthorized third parties.

2.3. You shall promptly respond to customer inquiries and provide quality customer service. Any issues or complaints from customers should be addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Pricing and Discounts

3.1. The pricing and discount structure for resellers will be communicated to you upon acceptance into our reseller program. This pricing is confidential and should not be shared with any third parties.

3.2. You may offer discounts or promotions to your customers at your discretion, provided that the final selling price does not undercut our suggested retail price or violate any pricing restrictions communicated to you.

Product and Service Availability

4.1. We strive to ensure the availability of our products and services for resellers. However, we do not guarantee the availability of specific products or services at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.

4.2. You will be notified of any changes to product or service availability as soon as reasonably possible. It is your responsibility to communicate these changes to your customers and manage their expectations accordingly.

Intellectual Property and Branding

5.1. Our trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property are protected by applicable laws. As a reseller, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our intellectual property solely for the purpose of promoting and selling our products and services.

5.2. You shall not modify or alter our trademarks or logos without our prior written consent. You shall not register or use any domain names, social media handles, or email addresses that incorporate our trademarks or create confusion among customers.

Sales Reporting and Payment

6.1. You are required to provide regular sales reports to us, detailing the products or services sold and the corresponding sales revenue. The frequency and format of these reports will be communicated to you.

6.2. Payment terms and methods will be agreed upon separately in a reseller agreement or contract. Payments should be made within the agreed-upon timeframe, and any discrepancies should be promptly addressed.

Termination of Reseller Agreement

7.1. Either party may terminate the reseller agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you shall cease promoting and selling our products and services.

7.2. We reserve the right to terminate the reseller agreement immediately if you breach any of the terms and conditions outlined in this policy or engage in any conduct that is detrimental to our brand or reputation.

Modifications to Reseller Policy

8.1. We reserve the right to update or modify this Reseller Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. Your continued participation in our reseller program after the posting of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Reseller Policy.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1. The reseller agreement and this Reseller Policy shall be governed by the laws of Panama without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9.2. Any disputes arising from or relating to the reseller agreement or this Reseller Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Panama.
